Our Cremation Process

Follow these steps to ensure a seamless and stress-free process.

Step 1:

Contact us to arrange for our services. As soon as we have authorization from you, your loved one will be received into our care from the care facility, their home, or the hospital.

Step 2:

Complete the cremation forms required by British Columbia Vital Statistics, which takes approximately 20 minutes.

Step 3:

There will be some documents that need signing, so our funeral directors will schedule a time to meet with you at either our Central or South Okanagan locations, to obtain the necessary signatures. *An appointment is required for this step.

Step 4:

Payment is required and to be paid in full before starting the cremation process. We accept Visa, Mastercard, cheque or bank draft, for your convenience.

Step 5:

We will obtain and complete all of the legal documentation that is required from the Province of British Columbia before we begin the cremation process.

Step 6:

As we operate our own cremation facility, you are welcome to visit or witness cremation in our family friendly environment.

Step 7:

Cremated remains will be available for you to receive from either our Central our South Okanagan locations within 1 week from when all of the required documents are signed.
