Ronald Lauren Murray

It is with deep sadness that the family of Ron Murray of Oliver, BC announce his passing on September 26, 2020.

He served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged in 1967. He lived and worked in the US and overseas for many years until finally settling down in Oliver, BC making this his home. He loved life and his many friends he had made over the years. He always had the biggest smile ever and was always there with helping hands when friends needed him.

Ron will be dearly missed and always in the hearts of his son, J.P. (Jie) and grandkids, Kevin and Katie; his daughter, Tiffany and his grandkids, Kyle, Veronica and Jasmine; sisters, Sue (Dave), Jeanne (Rick); and brother, Jim.

Ron was predeceased by his parents, Jim and Dorothy Murray.

Our family will always be grateful to have been blessed by his presence.
