Herbert Wenman (Bud) Wishart
Obituary
Bud Wishart went to be with the Lord on April 12, 2023 at the age of 93 years. He was born on November 4, 1929 in Winnipeg, MB.
He moved to Victoria, BC where he met his wife, Gladys and they were married in May, 1951.
In 1974 Bud and Gladys relocated to Lakeview Heights in West Kelowna from Surrey. Bud enjoyed being part of the Lakeview Heights community, where he made many friends. He loved his small orchard and he produced many gallons of apple juice with his family and neighbours.
Bud was a lucky man who enjoyed his career as a driver’s examiner. Bud made everybody feel comfortable on their road test and had many funny stories to tell. He enjoyed his retirement with Gladys (mom), camping and taking trips to Arizona.
Bud is remembered by his loving wife, Gladys; children, Robert Wishart, Valerie (Jerry) Ferris, Keith (Terri) Wishart; 8 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
He is sadly predeceased by his twin sons, Randle and Ronald and his parents, Herbert and Helen Wishart.
